ARTERIO Customer Study reveals Productivity Gains

Quote and Sales Package Creation

One of the most visible benefits of implementing ARTERIO in daily dvLED operations is the significant increase in quoting output. ARTERIO's advancements in initial project configuration and technical change management, such as processing or wiring changes throughout the process, have resulted in an average time savings of 75 minutes per quote.

Before ARTERIO, the pre-sales materials for 55% of projects were limited to one-page financial quotes and generic product marketing material. Now, every customer has transitioned to creating comprehensive technical sales packages. This shift not only improved the quality of pre-sales documentation but also enhanced customer satisfaction.

The implementation of ARTERIO has significantly transformed day-to-day operations. An impressive 80% of users report using ARTERIO daily. This includes video conferencing with integrators to amend configurations live and review technical implications collaboratively, allowing for fine-tuning of project designs.

ARTERIO's strength lies in its end-to-end application. From pre-sales to installations, manufacturers and integrators work with the same drawings and technical documents throughout the project's lifecycle. Integrators can seamlessly manage the CAD files, enhancing collaboration and project accuracy.

This is evidenced by a substantial increase in the number of CAD drawings created, which is over ten times more than before ARTERIO. Organizational Set Up and Roll Out

All customers appointed a dedicated admin responsible for data updates and maintenance in ARTERIO. After the initial ramp-up, these activities required, on average, less than 3 hours effort per week.

The roll-out of ARTERIO was typically structured as a launch team, usually composed of operations and sales engineering personnel. After a 6-8 week phase, the application was extended to field teams, empowering them with direct quoting capabilities in ARTERIO.
